Health Care

We are staying active longer, our parents are living longer and

the importance of health care is growing exponentially. As we venture through life we concentrate on keeping ourselves fit and healthy as well as keep those around us safe and comfortable. Staying informed about the latest discoveries and research will allow you to feel confident in your decisions and joy in your life.

Remember, retirement doesn’t mean sitting around watching television wondering where the time went. It’s a perfect time to try new things and find better solutions. Our columnists, being seniors themselves, understand the challenges we face as a generation. They provide practical, experienced advice that can assist you in making the best of your golden years.

Don’t forget that MySeniors is an interactive website. We encourage you to email our columnists questions. Each month we will select a few of those questions and post the answers.
